They have charged me more than my plan every month in full and double le some months ..they get acp benifits for my account on top of 315 they have stole from.my account since Jan 2023 and still every month my service is turned off !! They hang up on me now when I call demand my stolen money returned..first months tbey told lie after lie about refunds I'd be getting now tbey hang up in my face I have all print outs of money tbey stole and acp befits they get ..and worse I was charged copay on acp too on top all the stolen money..what crooks..and you can't take them to court tbey say it was agreement when we used the company read fine print!! That's theft ..nowhere is that in the terms of agreement or will I be using attribution I will be making sure tbey are criminally held accountable n

I've been a customer for years and, once upon a time, would recommend to others. Lately however, it's all went into the crapper.
Yep, 3 weeks ago my phone stopped working. The network symbols were all illuminated on the display, but I have received no calls or text. I thought I was having a slow week or that everyone was mad at me. Nope, my father drove for almost an hour to my house prior to calling the police because he thought I'd "off'd" myself because neither he nor anyone else could reach me with calls or texts.
On the phone for an hour with customer service and a few hard resets later, it began working again. 10 minutes later, I was still catching up on texts and voicemails that had collected. A week ago, my auto-pay failed for unknown reasons. I've paid this way for years and it fails now?
Another call to Customer Support and an hour of my life wasted. Yesterday, I tried to call my father and it went straight to the customer support recording. I tried multiple times with the same result. Another call to customer support and something on their end and ANOTHER hard reset on my end and it begins working again.
Yesterday evening, I tried to call internationally (as we're promised we can) and the same issue where it forwards the call straight to customer service again. I will end up calling customer service back THREE more times with this issue still unresolved.
SUMMARY- Page Plus USED to be a low cost alternative some years ago, but lately I wouldn't recommend. I don't know what happened to them, but as I write this, I'm shopping for another carrier after being with Page Plus for YEARS.

I recently purchased an Alcatel TCL A3 cell phone from their site, and it doesn't work as described. The battery they claim "can easily handle your daily demands with more than 14 hours of mixed usage in a single charge.
Standby Time Up to 547 hours Talk Time Up to 20 hours," is a joke. I didnt use the phone until after it was fully charged, then I removed bloatware and turned off unnecessary background tasks, but the battery quickly drained within a few hours down to 30%. Also, the 4G LTE network never reached the average industry speeds, and it wasn't an issue with my last 4G LTE phone. I couldn't set wireless emergency alerts either because it kept crashing with a message "settings has stopped." I contacted them about returning it, and they want to charge a "20% restocking fee plus a minimum $9.99 shipping and handling fee up to the actual shipping amount paid on your order." My shipping was free, so they could claim any amount paid to ship it to me, and I'll already have to pay the postage to send it back anyway, so they want to charge me twice?
The chat rep. was no help. She insisted that meant something else, but it said the same thing in an email with my RMA number. Shipping of $10 and a 20% restocking fee would be deducted from my purchase price.
I paid $59 for the phone. I expect nothing less than a full refund of $59. They said to send it in, and if it's not determined defective, I must pay those fees. If it is defective, the warranty applies.
I don't want another phone from them. I just want my full purchase price back.

Trying to port to another carrier, phone is locked. However, I've paid for the phone, no contract service, Pre-pay.
Contacted FCC, but no results. Phone number I was given has a very long hold time, 20 + minutes. Once I did get through, after 15 minutes hold, the number was to TracFone, TracFone owns Page Plus, spoke to a Jorge, after several minutes he informed me that he could not unlock phone, why?
he did not work for Page Plus. Looking at Page Plus Facebook Page, I note that all the posts are unfavorable, and very similar to mine problem.

In 2013 I found about a company who uses Verizon towers and a plan that was only $12!!! What a barging I thought, as I used them for a few months until I ran into an area Page Plus Cellular didn't work well and I started to see several months they started to change with limitation on the phones you can bring.
Since they didn't honor my phone I left them and went to Verizon. Through out the years the time in technology has advanced and changed. I was with Verizon since 2013 making 8 years as a loyal customer. It seemed as they started to get very $$ pricy in their plans.
Covid has hit billions of people and I was one of those who needed something cheap and something to get me through the time I am in to at least have a phone that makes calls, text. I had a phone and called Page Plus and spoke to them about activating it. They told me that my phone was a prepaid as it was not and one rep told me my phone was compatible and then another said it wasn't. I was already regretting trying to get service with Page Plus.
They give you a run around and the funny thing is I WORK FOR VERIZON AS THEY ARE MY SISTER COMPANY USING OUR SERVICE. They are rude and so unprofessional. However, I was advised to just buy one of their phones as that's what they wanted as they get commotion on sales as well. I took the offer just to give it a try, not even day one the packaging they sent not a new phone but a refurbished phone as they say its new.
Lets be honest and not lie to your customers. These guys are not trained enough to review their resources..
Anywho, I get this phone that gives me error messages, and I cant call out after paying for my service to activate. I got a message that said " We have detected this phone isn't the same phone that was activated and used for your wireless service. You need to take out your sim and re-insert it to reactivate your service.
If this does not work please contact your service provider." So I had the rep listen to this message and they told me the imei didnt match and the sim card was not the right sim card that was activated. I had the order receipt and the manager told me the order was not valid as I re-read the numbers very slow and clear. I have never had such trouble in my life.
I went to a different carrier. They tired to tell me that I put the wrong sim card in WHEN THEY SENT ME THE DEVICE AND I HAVE NO OTHER SERIVCE UP THEIRS........I am over this company and will never come back....Oh and they phone is defective and you have to pay for the shipping to return the phone to them what a joke.

I used page plus for about 15 years, with absolutely no problems. In fact, I referred customers to them all the time where I worked since they used Verizon phones and network, while we only offered AT&T plans.
However, they have slowly turned into a bag full of suck ever since tracfone purchased them in '03. They de-activated my old phone because it was 'too old'. Alright, I just ordered a replacement and had it mailed to me.
When I tried to activate the thing the crap hit the fan, Only too happy to take my money, but unable to activate or put time on my new phone.
They are supposedly issuing me a refund for the plan I paid for, but the phone is just a loss. I have to admit it did feel great folding that thing in half and tossing it in the dumpster.
