Page Plus Cellular - PagePlus charged us after we left them and refused to refund

We switched from PagePlus in December to another cell phone provider. We had autopay set up and were charged in January even though we were no longer with them. We discovered it on our bank statement and when we called PagePlus they refused to give us our money back.
