My husband is a driver and he needs his phone to work. I have always paid the phone bill early, but this is the second time the phone has cut off even though I paid it two days ahead of time.

I even have several confirmation receipts. Page plus is ridiculous it is suppose to be on Verizon network but you guys can't even get your billing system to work right.

I'm very frustrated the day it's due you turn it off even though you got payment ahead of time and when I call you ask is he out of state or some other dumb question because you can't find a reason the phone should be off. Then miraculously it cuts on when I hang up with you guys.
