I've used page plus about three years now. This last year has been a nightmare. First of all, they send these texts a about a week early at any hour of the night, stating that I will need to refill. I have to call every month because my service gets interrupted and I tried to get my number changed they messed up my phone. So nowI cannot make or get calls nor messages. PLEASE AVOID PAGE PLUS CELLULAR LIKE A PLAGUE. I have been using Page plus for a couple of years now and I had a $29.95 monthly plan which normally ends at the 17th of each month and with 500 MB data. The Page Plus website wasn't allowing me to register my account. I called customer service, and the operator COULD NOT speak English. I had to ask her to repeat everything she said over and over. Instead of speaking clearer, she started shouting into the phone. I have a page plus plan. Specifically, I have a 4G phone, and have to use a 4G page plus sim card. When my service started getting spotty, I contacted Page Plus. Lost my job. Did not refill my PPC number. It was deleted. I got job, prepaid for new number and was restored. My phone is an older PPC Motorola. Need for business. New number worked. I have just bought a flashed cell from page plus. And within the first two days I noticed the phone isn't working properly. I have tried to contact them about the problems and get automated system. I'm done as soon as I can I'm trying to flash the phone back to us cell. Add comment
