As a company that has 22 lines have discovered Page Plus is the worst company you could ever deal with. Their online support is trained to basically pass the buck to a so called supervisor that supposedly will contact you within 24 hours. Their call records are never updated or an issue that they are working on. They will accept your payment yet can not show you where your money has been spent.... Read more

I have been a page plus customer for almost 2 year with 2 phones. both on the 55 dollar plan. A few weeks ago, I heard that 4 G and LTE will be available on Page Plus. I've been with PP for about 4 months. I've had no issues whatsoever. I cannot tell the difference versus being with Verizon. I am very dissatisfied with PagePlus Cellular and how it trains its supervisors to handle angry customers. Marvin, employee number 1618, either had no discretion or no authority to resolve an issue. He had a script in front of him and kept repeating it over and over and over again. I don't understand a company that over 10.95$ would allow a supervisor to stay on the phone with an unreasonable... I get a message saying it's almost time to refill my account, so I do. When the day comes around that I paid my last bill, my phone STILL gets cut off for hours until it finally replenishes. If I pay my bill on time, i think it should automatically be added to my phone the day the bill is due so my phone doesn't have to get turned off. Read more

I made 6 calls to PP customer service using the only telephone number supplied. I spoke with people all over the Philipines who could not communicate with me. I could only understand one person's name. When I asked to be transferred to domestic customer service, they transferred me to the same telephone number and I spoke to another rep that I could not understand also located in the Philipines.... IF YOU THINK PAGE PLUS IS AN AMERICAN COMPANY WITH AMERICAN BUSINESS ETHICS - THINK AGAIN. I had gone over to Page Plus about 8 years ago due to personal financial constraints and the fact that I RARELY USE A CELL PHONE. I just need one for safety/emergency. After multiple calls and 2+ hours of time, Page Plus customer support was unable to process a simple port request. Customer representatives have minimal training, struggle with English and refuse to transfer you to a supervisor. Used the service for several months in Waynesville,NC. When I went into the local agent located at "La Mexicanita grocery store where I had been purchasing time from he suggested an upgrade of $10 a month.
