Used the service for several months in Waynesville,NC. When I went into the local agent located at "La Mexicanita grocery store where I had been purchasing time from he suggested an upgrade of $10 a month. I paid $46 for a month service in advance and he could not get it to work. The agent refused to give me a receipt and refused to refund my money. I called customer service and they too refused... I Keep one phone just for my grand children to contact me, incase of emergency !!! You tell me if this is shady or not? I wanted to port a VM number to Page Plus Cellular. When I pressed the ACTIVATE link on their website, I was given 2 links. One link was to create a new number with PagePlus that cost $10. The other link was to activate a new account and port your number which cost $0. Guess which link did not work. That's right. Bought prepaid card been trying to replenish my account all day and no success. Waited on phone for over 30mins for customer service. Still haven't refilled my account! Bought card at 3pm it's now 9pm I've literally been trying all *** day. Add comment

When purchasing a refill card online the taxes are much higher than purchasing a card at a store locally and it is higher than using the self service option from your phone. Also, the wait time to speak with customer service is ridiculous. These matters need to be addressed immediately. Add comment

I ported my Android HTC Incredible 2 from Verizon to Page Plus Cellular in December. The porting process was tricky and the documentation on their site was confusing. I found several other sites where people wrote up their own experiences/instructions which were more helpful than the PPC website. I have been having issues for 2 months now with my internet. It doesn't work half the time. I pay for my usuage before it is do & it seems like this really messes everything up. I couldnt get on the internet the whole month of Dec. & have had issues since. I feel they are stealing from me. Is anyone else having issues? 6 weeks ago I switched from Verizon (12 year customer) to Page Plus with two Verizon Iphone 4S's and it's been great so far. Less than half the price of equivalent Verizon plan. I read through all of the previous reviews and it seems like in every instance the customer was making changes that didn't go seamlessly possibly Page Plus's fault, possibly the customer's. This is the worst company ever! Page Plus steals from consumers. You loose days if you change plans. I lost 7 days because I changed plans. Straight talk never steals from consumers when you change plans. And you get free 411 calls. unlimited everything and it works. Go with page plus if you want them to take your money and give you nothing in return. I had a number ported to page plus and guess what, they had to allocated a dummy number to me while I waited for the port, obviously I went out and bought credit on the dummy number - having been told that it would transfer to my ported number. well my ported number finally came through, but not my credit!!!...
